Another wonderful year at the Appraisers Association of America Annual Luncheon.

Congratulations to Linda Selvin and the entire AAA team and planning committee for bringing together such a thoughtful and energizing event, honoring Komal Shah and Gaurav Garg, and their incredible work through the #MakingTheirMarkFoundation

It is always meaningful to be in a room that not only celebrates connoisseurship and scholarship, but also champions the work of women artists. Hearing from a visionary tech entrepreneur turned collector, now using her platform to actively support women in the arts, made for a genuinely inspiring conversation.

A thank you as well to our co-sponsors Steve Ludmer , and Gloria Velandia Ludmer of GV Conservation along with all of the guests at our table and the many familiar and new faces throughout the room.

And of course, to Treadwell for hosting the always lively after-lunch gathering at the King Cole Bar … which, for me, is exactly the right number of “afters” in a day.
